Grasas y Dulces: dulces, galleta, y pastel.


Productos Lacteos: leche, yogurt, queso.


Proteinas: Carnes, aves, pescados, frijoles, secos, huevos, y nueces.


Vegatales: zanahoria, tomate, lechuga, papa.


Frutas: uvas, toronja, pina, manzana, mango.


Midratos de Carbono: Panes, cerales, arroz y pasta.
